Role Overview: As Director of Product Marketing, you will shape Instabug’s strategic narrative, emphasizing both our AI-enhanced capabilities and our vision to create and dominate the Mobile Observability category. Your experience will be pivotal in defining clear, differentiated messaging focused on intelligent capabilities—showcasing Instabug’s powerful platform that autonomously detects, analyzes, and resolves mobile app performance issues. This role demands expertise in B2B SaaS product marketing, strategic category creation and analyst relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic product marketing initiatives that position Instabug as a category leader, leveraging AI-enhanced features to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue.
- Craft compelling and differentiated messaging and positioning that clearly articulates Instabug’s unique AI capabilities and value proposition within the mobile observability marketplace.
- Lead comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and feature updates, partnering cross-functionally with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Marketing teams.
- Conduct insightful market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and category creation efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the sales enablement team to create persuasive materials—presentations, analyst briefings, case studies, battle cards, and objection-handling resources—that effectively communicate Instabug’s category-defining strengths.
- Work with content marketing to produce engaging, educational content emphasizing the transformative value of intelligent monitoring in mobile observability.
- Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators to continuously enhance the effectiveness and impact of product marketing initiatives.
- Act as an industry thought leader, representing Instabug’s innovative approach to mobile observability and AI integration at industry events, webinars, analyst briefings, and conferences.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years in product marketing, with at least 3 years in leadership roles within B2B SaaS, ideally with experience in AI-enabled technologies or mobile observability.
- Proven experience creating, defining, and driving category leadership and executing successful analyst relations strategies.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, mobile app performance monitoring, developer tools, and app analytics.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and executing GTM strategies, product launches, and strategic analyst initiatives.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, able to clearly explain complex AI-driven and technical concepts.
- Data-driven, with experience leveraging analytics and market insights to inform and refine marketing strategies.
- Strong project management and collaborative skills, capable of leading multiple initiatives across diverse teams.
- Track record in developing effective sales enablement strategies that boost pipeline generation and revenue growth.
