Software Quality Assurance Engineer

First things first: What is this role about?:

• Understanding & monitoring MindBehind's testing processes and responsibilities,
• Being involved in manual and automated test scripts,
• Taking part in User Acceptance Tests, reporting problems and test results,
• Recording the test results (success/failure) and problems that arise during testing,
• Predicting problems that arise during the test,
• Retesting if necessary,
• Finding solutions to the problems and making sure that problems are resolved in a timely manner,
• Setting the necessary software and hardware for the test environment,
• Foreseeing and predicting test processes,
• Determining testing strategies,
• Communicating and working with business owners to create and implement test plans,
• Taking care of the necessary Quality Control systems,
• Working on the development of products, systems, and processes

What we expect from you:

• to have at least 1 years of experience in software development and testing complex products,
• to have experience with software testing processes and methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP,
• to be familiar with software tools used in functional test automation such as Selenium (and Appium), Qase or Cypress would be a huge advantage,
• to know Javascript,
• to have knowledge about Jira,
• to have a level of English that you will not have any problems while analyzing technical documents,
• to be open, professional, and diplomatic in communication.
• to be agile and be able to adapt to constant changes,
• to know how to prioritize your work, adapt to sudden changes in plans, and know when to stick to the plan,
• to have an irrepressible passion for self-improvement and exploring different ways of working,
