We are seeking an experienced Developer to support and enhance our enterprise platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing, configuring, and maintaining applications, with strong technical skills in scripting, integrations, and platform customization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, configure, and maintain applications and workflows.
Support modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, ITAM, and related applications.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution.
Create and customize forms, catalogs, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and improve platform performance.

Qualifications:

3–8 years of hands-on development experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, scripting, and platform configuration.
Experience with integrations, Service Catalog, Flow Designer, and API development.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
CSA certification required; CAD certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
