Job Title: Regional Product Manager - Life Science

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies for Nanosurf, Implen, Reichart, and related product lines
• Drive business growth and revenue for assigned products in the region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, research labs, and institutional clients
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and demonstrations for customers
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, applications, service) to ensure seamless product delivery and support
• Track regional performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and training initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in product management or sales of laboratory/instrumentation products
• Strong understanding of scientific instruments and analytical technologies
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving regional growth
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel within the region and manage multiple stakeholders

Preferred Skills:

• Experience handling brands such as Nanosurf, Implen, Reichart, or similar scientific instruments
• Exposure to research institutions, pharma, biotech, or industrial clients
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills for product and market planning
