Senior Project Manager

• Own and operate the two-week creative sprint system end to end: briefing, production tracking, review cadences, QA, and deployment
• Manage workflows across multiple creative pods (writer + art director pairs), motion designers, and production/editorial resources
• Coordinate with the Growth Strategist on sprint briefing and with media teams on asset delivery timelines
• Build and maintain production infrastructure: briefing templates, asset management, approval workflows, versioning systems, format adaptation pipelines
• Manage the feedback loop between sprint retrospectives and next-sprint planning
• Handle cross-timezone coordination with the London creative team
• Track creative production volume, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks — flag bottlenecks before they become problems
• Manage freelance and outsourced production resources as needed

• 7+ years in creative production, project management, or producer roles — ideally in an agency, studio, or high-output in-house creative team
• Proven experience running sprint-based or agile production workflows for creative teams (not software — creative)
• The ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams without losing track of details or quality
• Strong process design instincts — you build systems that scale, not ones that depend on you being in every meeting
• Fluency in project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, or similar) and asset management
• Excellent communication skills — particularly written, async communication across time zones
• A thick skin and a calm head. Creative production is high-pressure, high-volume work. You don’t panic

• Experience in D2C or performance marketing creative production specifically
• Background in video production management (social, CTV, or brand film)
• Familiarity with Meta ad creative specs, format requirements, and deployment workflows
• Experience building production processes from scratch rather than inheriting them

• You’re building the production system, not maintaining someone else’s. Full ownership of how creative gets made
