Senior Analytics Manager
Location: Bengaluru, India

We are seeking an Analytics Manager to lead data governance, quality systems, calibration analytics, and post-market surveillance across the product and analytics lifecycle.
This role will build audit-ready, scalable analytics frameworks that ensure reliable data, controlled metrics, continuous drift monitoring, and cross-functional governance in a regulated environment.
You will own end-to-end analytics programs covering calibration quality, QC analytics, drift & performance monitoring, data curation, and compliance automation while building and mentoring a high-impact analytics team.
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality, Calibration & QC Analytics
• Own batch calibration analytics ensuring high-quality datasets, SOP-driven workflows, and data-level validation checks
• Deliver repeatable calibration curve generation and validate strip configuration changes
• Define standard datasets and QC protocols for all model deployments
Post Market Surveillance & Drift Monitoring
• Build analytics systems to monitor data drift, feature drift, errors, and field performance
• Surface early deviations and run continuous improvement feedback loops
• Lead hypothesis validation for new or improved product designs
Data Governance & Audit-Ready Systems
• Create metric registries, change control workflows, and audit evidence frameworks
• Standardize analytics processes with full traceability, versioning, and approvals
• Automate recurring reports, quality checks, and governance reviews
Data Foundation & Observability
• Run monthly and quarterly data quality reviews across business and QC metrics
• Build automated anomaly detection and enterprise data observability systems
• Provide a single platform for business, QC, and performance metrics
Dataset Curation & Standardization
• Own gold-standard datasets, versioning, dataset documentation, and annotation QA
• Scale industrialized data curation workflows across products
Team & Program Leadership
• Build and mentor analytics and governance teams
• Drive automation, scalability, and operational excellence across analytics programs
• Partner closely with Biotech, Mechanical, Data Science, QC, and Operations teams
Requirements
• 7–10 years of experience in analytics, data governance, or quality analytics
• Experience in regulated domains (HealthTech, Diagnostics, FinTech, Manufacturing, SaaS reliability)
• Strong expertise in data quality, drift monitoring, KPI governance, and audit systems
• Good to have: SQL, data warehouses, Python
• Familiarity with drift metrics (PSI, KS Test, KL Divergence, calibration drift)
• Strong stakeholder management and program leadership skills
• MBA/PMP preferred
