Data Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, India

Department: Data Science & Analytics

Experience: 3 - 6

As a Data Engineer at Inito, you will build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data models that power analytics, data science, and machine learning. You will work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and ML Engineers to create a reliable single source of truth across the organization.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines using Python, Airflow, dbt, and BigQuery.
Develop data integrations using Airbyte, APIs, and GCP services.
Design and optimize data models, schemas, and SQL queries in BigQuery.
Use PySpark for large-scale data processing.
Implement data quality, testing, monitoring, and CI/CD practices.
Work with Docker, Jinja, queues, caching, and distributed systems where required.
Follow strong software engineering and design practices to build scalable, maintainable systems.

What We're Looking For

3 - 6 years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering.
Strong Python and SQL skills.
Hands-on experience with Airflow, dbt, and BigQuery.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT, GCP, and PySpark.
Good understanding of data quality, CI/CD, and production data systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Data, ML, and Business teams.
