Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive Data Analyst with 1+ year of professional experience to join our Data Science(AI) team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in analysing statistical data and generating insights that contribute to effective decision-making and operational improvements. This role demands close collaboration with data scientists, Machine Learning Engineers, and Engineers from Mechanical and Biotechnological backgrounds to ensure the highest data quality and to streamline operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist AI team in the collection, analysis, and validation of data from various sources, build models ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Work closely with Data Scientists and ML engineers to assist in analysing data quality and model performance in production environments.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor business operations and model performance.
Provide stakeholders with relevant information needed for various decision-making tasks, helping to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Collaborate with mechanical and biotechnological engineers to understand the processes involved and support streamlining operations with data-driven insights.
Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to enhance process efficiencies.
Design and support the implementation of data collection systems and data analytics frameworks that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.

Participate in special projects, providing analytical support and insights as required.

Data Collection and Integration:
Work with millions of hormonal data points from over a hundred thousand women, all captured by the Inito device.
Integrate and preprocess hormone levels, symptoms, and additional app data for analysis.
Feature Extraction:
Apply algorithms for effective feature extraction from sequence data.
Identify and extract relevant features that improve the accuracy of predictive models.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA):
Perform RCA on model predictions to identify and address factors affecting prediction accuracy.
Implement improvements based on RCA findings.
Data Exploration and Visualization
Conduct thorough data exploration to uncover underlying relationships and trends.
Create visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and healthcare professionals.
Report findings and progress to the team, contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Management, Economics, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within a production environment involving data quality and model performance assessment.
Proficiency with statistical analysis tools and software, including SQL, Python, R, or similar. Strong experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multitask effectively.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
