ING Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager (known internally as a Senior Customer Journey Expert) - Credit Cards to take ownership of a strategically important portfolio and help shape the future direction of the business. Working at the intersection of customer experience, commercial performance and product strategy, you'll be responsible for driving growth, optimising portfolio outcomes and identifying new opportunities to deliver value for customers and the organisation.

We're looking for a commercially minded product leader who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys using data and insights to influence decision-making, and can confidently move between strategic planning and day-to-day portfolio management.

You'll play a key role in developing and executing acquisition and portfolio strategies, building compelling business cases, and working across multiple stakeholders to bring new initiatives to life.

If you're passionate about Credit Cards, have a strong strategic mindset and enjoy owning outcomes from concept through to execution, we'd love to hear from you.

What you’ll do

  • Own and optimise the end-to-end Credit Cards product lifecycle, ensuring strong customer, risk and commercial outcomes.

  • Develop and execute acquisition, portfolio growth and customer engagement strategies to maximise performance.

  • Analyse portfolio, customer and market data, translating insights into clear recommendations and actionable outcomes.

  • Manage the day-to-day performance of the portfolio, including pricing, campaigns, product enhancements, governance and stakeholder engagement.

  • Identify new growth opportunities, develop business cases and lead strategic initiatives from idea through to execution.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Credit Cards product management within banking or financial services.

  • Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical capability, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.

  • Proven experience managing both acquisition and portfolio strategies to drive growth and profitability.

  • Hands-on product management experience with ownership of day-to-day portfolio performance and execution.

  • Strategic thinker with a track record of identifying opportunities, building business plans and delivering measurable business outcomes.

What’s in it for you?

  • Discounted ING Health Insurance

  • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing

  • An IMPACT day to volunteer on approved sustainability activity
