- Minimum 5 years of experience as PowerBI Developer. Extensive expertise in Power BI, with a solid understanding of DAX and M queries
- Visual Skills: Strong experience in Visual design skills, with a keen eye to aesthetics and details
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL.
- Proficiency in querying languages (e.g. SQL, SAS) or other data mining and manipulation tools
- Experience in relational database & data warehouse.
- Good experience in working in Agile
- PowerBI certification is a plus.
- Experience in building predictive analytical models (e.g. Python) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate at own initiative with a pro-active attitude in line with bank policy
- Strong skills to drive change: planning & alignment, solution design, stakeholder management
- High resilience, the ability to deal with ambiguity and a focus on collaboration
- Proactive, a can-do mentality, a positive mind-set and organizational sensitivity
