Your Impact

• Shape AI Features: Analyze product usage and behavioral data to guide the design, improvement, and performance of AI-powered capabilities.

• Drive Product Decisions: Build and maintain high-impact dashboards, KPIs, and reports that the product leadership team will rely on.

• Experiment & Innovate: Partner with data scientists on A/B testing, experimentation, and AI model monitoring.

• Bridge the Gap: Translate raw, complex insights into clear, visual stories that influence major roadmap decisions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: 4+ years of proven track record in a data analytics role, ideally working close to product or AI environments.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related analytical discipline.

• The Tech Stack:

  • Python: Proficient in data manipulation, analysis, and basic scripting.

  • SQL: Strong skills in querying and navigating structured data sources.

  • BI Tools: Solid familiarity with platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

• Mindset: A deeply analytical thinker who connects the dots between raw numbers, user experience, and overall product performance.

• Soft Skills: A collaborative, efficient team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a dynamic, high-performing international environment.
