The Opportunity

Are you a deep-dive technical authority who loves complex architecture as much as staying hands-on in the code? We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to step in as the ultimate technical authority for our frontend domain.

In this role, you won't be bogged down by administrative people management, instead, you will serve as the technical engine leading small team of Frontend Developers. You will own the high-level architecture, establish design patterns, set technological standards, and mentor the team, all while staying actively engaged in hands-on React development.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Technological Vision: Act as the ultimate technical authority for the frontend domain, driving the design, architecture, and development of complex, large-scale web systems.

• Lead by Example: Balance high-level system architecture with active hands-on development (React / TypeScript).

• Mentor & Elevate: Provide technical guidance, conduct deep code reviews, and upskill a team of 3 frontend engineers.

• Architectural Blueprinting: Author architecture/design documents and model complex system architectures using tools like Draw.io or Lucidchart.

• Performance & Quality: Define best practices, optimize browser performance, and establish robust component-based and state management architectures.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ Years of hands-on experience in Frontend development.

• Proven Tech Leadership: Demonstrated track record leading teams or acting as a Frontend Tech Lead (with a heavy focus on technical authority over pure administrative management).

• React & TypeScript Expertise: High-level mastery of modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, state management, and component architecture.

• System Architecture: Deep understanding of software design patterns, complex web applications, REST APIs, and browser performance optimization.

• Architectural Modeling: Hands-on experience mapping out system designs using visual modeling tools (Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, etc.).

• On-Site Commitment: Ability to work fully on-site across two key locations: Hadera (3 days/week) and the Krayot area (2 days/week).

Nice-to-Haves (Significant Advantages)

• Experience designing or implementing Micro-Frontends architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Design Systems and building reusable component libraries.

• Familiarity with Grafana and integrating frontend apps against varied data sources.
