Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer to support a strategic initiative focused on reducing technical debt, increasing automation, and standardizing enterprise integration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for EIP solutions, MFT/MOVEit, Informatica, and MDM Hub
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible or similar technologies
• Support administration, deployment, and operational activities across integration platforms
• Contribute to the implementation of a unified Support 2.0 operating model
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and support teams to improve deployment and operational processes
• Support ITSM and process design and optimization

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Middleware Engineering
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and pipeline design for middleware platforms
• Hands-on experience with Ansible or equivalent automation frameworks
• Experience with MFT/MOVEit administration and deployment
• Experience with Informatica and MDM Hub administration and deployment
• Knowledge of ITSM processes and
• Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Managed File Transfer (MFT) security practices.
• Experience standardizing support models across multiple platform
