Job Description
- Provide L1/L2 Application Production Support for business-critical applications.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, middleware, infrastructure, and production incidents.
- Ensure the smooth execution of application workflows, batch processes, and data transfers.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and problem resolution in line with agreed SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive actions to improve service reliability.
- Coordinate and support application releases and production deployments.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions using Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
- Support and maintain Docker and Kubernetes environments.
- Implement monitoring and proactively improve system performance and user experience.
- Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories.
- Participate in 24/7 support rotations, on-call activities, and Disaster Recovery exercises.
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Application Support, IT Operations, Software Engineering, or Production Support.
- Strong experience in production environments, preferably within Banking or Financial Services.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Linux (Red Hat)
- Ansible
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Terraform
- PL/SQL
- Dynatrace
- Python and/or Bash scripting
- Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud, or GCP).
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Red Hat Ansible Certification (RH294)
- HashiCorp Terraform Associate
- ITIL Foundation Certification
