Job Description

We are looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to join a strategic IT Operations team within an international environment, contributing to the stability, automation and continuous improvement of cloud and production infrastructures.

You will play a key role in ensuring production readiness throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with development, infrastructure and support teams in an Agile and DevOps environment. This position combines infrastructure expertise, automation, monitoring and operational excellence to support business-critical applications and services.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement production-ready cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Automate deployment, configuration and operational processes using DevOps best practices.
• Manage and optimize production and non-production environments, ensuring stability, performance and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure service availability and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure and support teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, performance optimization and operational best practices.
• Support incident resolution, risk mitigation and infrastructure governance activities.

What you'll bring:

• At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps or similar infrastructure-focused roles.
• Strong experience managing and supporting complex production environments.
• Hands-on experience with container platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and automation tools including GitLab, Jenkins and Ansible.
• Experience working with monitoring and observability solutions such as Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace or ElasticSearch.
• Good knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security and operational best practices.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments, collaborating closely with development and business teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution in critical production environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive attitude, strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement mindset.
• Professional proficiency in English.
