indie is empowering the automotive revolution with next generation automotive semiconductors and software platforms. We focus on edge sensors spanning multiple modalities including LiDAR, radar, ultrasound and vision for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), autonomous vehicles, connected car, user experience and electrification applications.
We’re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our ADAS Radar team in Córdoba. In this role, you’ll help define and model system-level functionality for next-generation radar-based driver assistance systems. Your work will directly impact the performance, power consumption, and overall architecture of complex embedded sensor systems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and analytical engineer to join a small, agile team shaping the future of automotive safety and autonomy.
What You’ll Do

Design, evaluate, and optimize algorithms for radar and other ADAS sensor systems.

Model physical systems and real-world non-idealities to support algorithm development.

Translate high-level customer and product requirements into architecture specifications and system-level algorithms.

Engage in technical discussions with customers to understand needs and communicate system design trade-offs.

Build tools that analyze system trade-offs—balancing performance, power, computational cost, and footprint.

Provide cross-functional guidance to software, firmware, hardware, and verification teams using system models and executable specifications.

Document and present system-level concepts and findings clearly to internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers.

Minimum Qualifications
-
Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Telecommunications, or a related field.

3+ years of R&D experience, preferably in new product development.

Strong understanding of digital signal processing (DSP).

Hands-on experience with system-level modeling—ideally involving sensor systems.

Familiarity with radar technology and related concepts.

Demonstrated experience developing, evaluating, and optimizing algorithms for embedded targets.

Proficient in object-oriented programming using MATLAB, Python, or C++.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Comfortable working in a growing organization with ambiguity and evolving processes.
