The ideal candidate has strong experience in mmWave IC design and enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design and develop integrated high-frequency RF/mmWave circuits for radar applications
-
Develop and optimize circuits operating in the 24 GHz, 60 GHz, 77 GHz, and up to 120 GHz frequency ranges
-
Design and integrate RF/mmWave IPs and ICs for advanced radar systems
-
Perform system- and transistor-level design, simulation, and verification
-
Collaborate with system architects, layout engineers, and validation teams to ensure performance and manufacturability
-
Support lab validation, silicon bring-up, and performance characterization
