The Opportunity
Incode is seeking a talented backend engineer to join our global, ambitious, and innovative engineering team in Belgrade! As an engineer at Incode you will have the ability to build from scratch, influence product decisions, collaborate with partner teams in design, customer success, and product, and own a wide scope of responsibilities.
As our company continues to scale at a rapid pace, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our main backend infrastructure and API services. We place a high premium on communication, good design and clean implementation. Above all other factors, we are looking for smart, driven, and ambitious candidates who want to be part of a culture of innovation and creativity as we revolutionize identity.
- Write high-quality code in multiple languages (Java, Javascript,) (Node.js), C#, AND C++
- Deal with multiple libraries and frameworks (Spring, React)
- Collaborate closely with QA and Customer Success team
- Active role in architectural and technology decisions
- Propose new ideas for product and code improvements
- Write unit tests and be part of end-to-end manual testing
- Take ownership of the task after the extensive training with colleagues
- Development operations using AWS preferred
- Communicating with different types of DBs (Mongo, MySQL)
- Advanced English skills
- Work closely with a new talented team of engineers
- Rapidly build and evolve major features
- Participate in design and code reviews
