What you’ll own

• Product Discovery: Talk to users, conduct user interviews, understand pain points, and translate insights into product opportunities.
• Product Building: Work with design and engineering to take products and features from problem definition and ideation through PRD, development, launch, and iteration.
• Product Analytics: Analyse funnels, cohorts, user behaviour, product metrics and tools like BigQuery, PostHog, GA4, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experimentation: Form hypotheses, design experiments, measure outcomes, and use data to decide what to build next.
• Product Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities to improve the user experience, engagement, and retention across Inc42's products.
• AI & Automation: Build and improve AI workflows, n8n automations, and prompts that reduce manual work across Editorial and Product.
• 0-to-1 Initiatives: Support new product ideas from early research and validation through to building, launching, and learning from real users.
• Take on ambiguous, high-priority problems where user understanding, data, product thinking, and execution need to come together.

Who you are

• At least 6 months of experience in Product, Analytics, Growth role.
• Strong analytical judgement, you can separate meaningful signals from noise.
• AI-fluent and able to evaluate, debug, and improve AI outputs and prompts.
• Clear written communicator who can turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Execution-oriented, you don't just find problems; you help get the fix shipped.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity.
