You as a Project manager will be in charge of the Project Management of the INBRAIN’s competitive European Projects. This position is dedicated to the technical and financial management of projects in which the company is currently involved, also supporting and coordinating the team in the preparation of related documents.
You will be at the forefront of bringing advanced healthcare solutions to market, making a tangible difference in people´s lives worldwide.Main responsibilities:
- Technical and Financial follow up of projects, management of technical and financial reporting assuring that the deadlines are met; organization of meetings; when an audit is required, you will be in contact with auditors to provide them all the related information.
- In projects where the company is the coordinator, you will also be in charge of compiling the information from all partners and consolidate the reports, follow-up of deliverables and milestones; meeting organization with partners and minutes preparation; preparation of amendments.
- Help the company to identify funding opportunities and prepare project proposals considering the requirements of the different calls.
Mandatory Qualifications and Soft skills:
- Masters degree in Materials Science, Nanotechnology, Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or equivalent experience in the field, having proven track record of European Project Management.
- Fluent English both spoken and written English is required. Professional Experience.
- More than 2 years of experience as Project Manager, with experience in coordinated EU projects. Competences.
- Managing skills, proactive and teamwork skills.
- Energetic person, a real Team Player that enjoys technical challenges, with an analytical mindset.
- Accountable to meet commitments by following through, with a sense of ownership, and taking personal responsibility for decisions, actions and failures.
- Demonstrated management and leadership experience in working with cross functional, complex projects.
- Excellent written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively present information to other functions of the business.
- A self-starter , able to deliver work required to advance the project with a minimal amount of direction.
