Role

We’re looking for a Team Lead for our Video & Design Team - This is a full-time, fully remote position that allows work from anywhere in the world. We're looking for a person to run the two teams behind our performance creative: design and video editing for our Performance Creative team. From building the systems that scale production to keeping strategy and production in sync, you'll shape how creative gets made at inBeat: how fast it ships, and how good it is when it does. You'll report to our Director of Performance Creative.

What you’ll do

• Lead the design and video editing teams: set the quality bar, keep work on track, and grow the people on both teams

• Build and rebuild the systems that scale production: briefs, handoffs, QA, and capacity planning that let us ship more without losing craft

• Connect strategy to production: make sure what the creative strategy team plans is exactly what gets made, fast and without friction

• Define and track KPIs for creative output: clear numbers on speed, quality, and revisions that the teams act on

• Bring AI into the workflow: test, adopt, and systematize AI tools for design, editing, and content generation

• Keep us ahead on performance creative: what's working in paid social right now, and what we should make next

What we’re looking for

• A designer first: exceptional taste & craft

• An operator who runs a tight team: you keep people accountable, unblock them, and raise the standard of what they deliver

• A systems thinker: you build processes, spot bottlenecks, and fix them for good

• Fluency in AI content creation: you know the tools, use them daily, and know where they fit in a real workflow

• A grounding in performance creative: you understand (and are curious about) what makes an ad work on paid social

Must haves

• Perfect written & spoken English

• A strong design portfolio that shows taste, craft, and systems thinking

• Experience leading or managing creative teams

• A track record of building creative processes that stuck

• Real familiarity with AI content creation tools

While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

• A UX design background

• Hands-on motion design and video editing experience: the hybrid designer profile is a great fit here

• Agency experience shipping paid social creative at volume

• A great understanding of Paid Media
