Product Architecture Lead

Location: Boston (remote), MA

Overview

Inabia is seeking a Product Architecture Lead for a contracted engagement supporting healthcare industry solutions. This role owns the end-to-end design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, encompassing solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow design. The successful candidate will translate business capability inventories into coherent, buildable designs while leading cross-functional architecture teams in close partnership with product engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the design of customer-facing and business-facing solutions, including solution architecture, agentic capabilities, and UI/workflow
• Translate business capability inventories into detailed, actionable designs that engineering teams can execute against
• Lead and coordinate solutions, agentic, and UI/workflow architects across multiple concurrent design workstreams
• Partner closely with product engineering to align design intent with implementation execution
• Maintain solution coherence and architectural integrity when multiple teams are designing simultaneously
• Ensure all designs align to the broader platform architecture and established standards
• Travel to required locations as needed; travel expenses are covered

Key Qualifications

• Professional degree required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Solution Architecture
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Agentic Design
• Minimum 8 years of experience in AI Workflow Design
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM)
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Design
• Prior experience in the Healthcare industry required

Preferred Qualifications

• Expert-level (P4) proficiency in Solution Architecture
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, multi-team architecture programs in complex healthcare environments
• Advanced cross-functional expertise spanning agentic design, AI workflow, PBM, and product design
