We are looking for a Senior/Lead Product Manager(Website) to join our Onsite Team in Barcelona and lead the transformation of our digital presence.

🔥What You’ll Do:

• Platform & CMS Ownership: Own the roadmap for our website platform, including CMS architecture and engineering integrations, ensuring it empowers the marketing team to scale.

• Content Engine & SEO: Drive the development of our content site, including Treatment Hubs, Doctor Profiles, and City/Local pages, to transform it into a primary organic growth driver.

• CRO & Funnel Optimization: Maintain ownership of the full acquisition funnel (A/B testing, conversion optimization) to turn high-intent traffic into booked consultations.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, SEO, Engineering, and Clinical teams to lead product delivery and ensure our website meets both business and user needs.

🔥Requirements:

• 5+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-growth B2C or health-tech environments.

• Strong experience managing web and CMS platforms (e.g., Strapi, Next.js) and architecture.

• Proven background in SEO and Content Strategy as organic growth drivers.

• Expert-level skills in CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and full-funnel analytics.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

• Experience with funnel analysis and user journey optimization.

• Understanding of UX principles and user behavior.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.

• Fluent English: (Spanish is a major plus) as you will be operating in a multicultural, international environment.
