The impact that you will be making
The role requires you to design and build next-generation Agentic AI systems that autonomously solve complex enterprise problems using LLMs, retrieval pipelines, and scalable data architectures to drive innovation and growth.
What lands you in this role
Minimum Must have -
● Expertise in Python application development.
● Strong experience with FastAPI for building scalable APIs.
● Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph.
● Experience with Vector Databases.
● Strong understanding of OLAP databases and analytical systems
● Experience of managing teams of at least 2-3 members.
AI/LLM Engineering Fundamentals:
● Foundations of data retrievals (Cosine S, HNSW, IVF, KNN, ANN ).
● Embeddings and clustering (K-means, TF-IDF + BM25, Embedding Models, dimensionality trade-offs)
● RAG-Specific Algorithms & Patterns (Chunking, Cross-Encoder Reranking, GraphRAG)
● Agentic Flow Algorithms & Patterns (ReAct, Self-RAG, CRAG, State Machines)
● Fine-Tuning & Training Concepts (LoRA/QLoRA, RLHF, Contrastive Learning)
● Evaluation Algorithms (RAGAS, LLM-as-Judge, Trajectory Eval)
Good to have -
● Familiarity with LangSmith & LangGraph Studio.
● Experience with analytical and high-performance databases like Duckdb, ClickHouse & Google BigQuery
● Exposure to multi-agent orchestration frameworks like CrewAI
