Being a Senior Manager within Channel & Alliances at iManage Means…
You will be instrumental in driving the growth of the organization through strategic partnerships, alliances, and market expansion. This role requires an experienced Channel and Partner Program leader who can lead a team while also contributing individually to develop a robust partner and alliances network, focusing primarily on Technology partners and secondarily on Training partners.
In this role, you will collaborate closely and extensively with various internal teams including Marketing, Partner Development, Technology Partner Enablement & Sales to devise and execute strategies that support current technology partner processes, relations, marketplace expansion, and overall long-term success of the partner programs. Our company events highly involve our Partner community where participation, including sponsorships, is handled by the Channel & Alliances Program team.
iM Responsible For…
- Leading a high-performing international partnership and channel program team. Providing mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive partnership and alliances strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and pursuing potential partners and opportunities, including technology vendors, strategic alliances, and other industry leaders.
- Overseeing the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial qualification discussions, contract processing, onboarding, product expansion, and, if applicable, offboarding.
- Driving market expansion efforts by identifying new geographic regions, regional events, channels and new industries for growth.
- Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for existing technology partners, including additional product expansion while exploring new distribution channels.
- Incorporating consistent communication plans for global partners and specific partner personas for announcements, events, product updates, and continuing education.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics (ie NPS) to assess the effectiveness of partnership and channel initiatives.
- Communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team, senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Driving Technology Partner eco-system growth and retention
- Identifying opportunities to improve, automate and scale internal processes
- Achieving yearly revenue and OKR targets
- 8+ Years experience in a strategic role within Partnerships, Alliances and/or Program Management.
- Experience leading, managing and mentoring a high-performing team.
- Experience building, creating and driving global programs and operations that support the success of Partners at a SaaS company.
- The ability to synthesize program initiatives and create presentation materials.
- A demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with and drive outcomes across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and strong project management skills.
- Exceptional communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience working with expanding global businesses in a cross cultural international environment
- The ability to think strategically, enjoy multi-tasking, innovative and drive action accordingly
- Knowledge and experience of the Legal / LegalTech Industry.
- Experience with Salesforce, Totango, MS Power Platform, Asana, PRM systems

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $161,000–$249,000. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, or benefits. Your recruiter will provide further details about the offer range, incentives, and overall compensation during the hiring process.
