We are looking for our first Data & Analytics Engineer to join our imagen team.
The Engineer will lead the entire data operation end to end, ensuring a top level data system with best practices applied.
The successful candidate should have both a technical background and working with business stakeholders background.
- Collaborate with different teams in the company and translate business requirements into robust data processes.
- Design and implement data pipelines using Airflow, Meltano, Rivery & DBT on top of Snowflake.
- Utilize advanced data modeling technologies to create robust data structures.
- Validate data Integrity, freshness, quality and some other buzzwords.
- Code review and set high quality standards for the data team.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer / BI Engineer.
- DBT Master with exceptional SQL skills.
- Strong data modeling skills - you cite Kimball by heart.
- Experienced with Python and orchestration tools.
- Experienced with cloud data warehouses.
- Knowledge of Devops principles (mainly CI/CD, a little docker)
- Well organized, high attention to small details.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and a passion for continuous learning.
