Desarrollador Natural/Adabas Mainframe - CL

IMPORTANTE: Esta es una posición híbrida para ir 1 o 2 veces al mes a oficina en Santiago
Key Responsibilities
- Mantener y actualizar sistemas legados que utilizan Adabas como base de datos.
- Desarrollar y ejecutar procesos batch, pantallas en línea y reportes transaccionales.
- Corregir errores y gestionar incidencias técnicas en producción.
- Documentar cambios, nuevas funcionalidades y procedimientos técnicos.
- Participar en la migración, refactorización o integración de sistemas Natural con nuevas arquitecturas (APIs, microservicios, etc.).
- Colaborar con áreas funcionales para interpretar requerimientos y traducirlos a soluciones técnicas en Natural.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Lenguaje principal: Natural 4GL (Software AG)
- Base de datos: Adabas
- Ambientes de ejecución: Mainframe (IBM z/OS), UNIX, Windows
- Procesos: Batch y en línea (online)
- Otras herramientas: NaturalONE (IDE moderno), EntireX, Predict, Job Control, Language (JCL)
- Versionamiento Git, SVN (si hay integración con entornos modernos)
- Scripting / utilitarios JCL, Bash, scripts por sistema operativo
- Arquitectura SOA o integración vía APIs/REST/SOAP con sistemas modernos.
- Experiencia en procesos de modernización de sistemas legados.
- Conocimiento de ciclo de vida de desarrollo (SDLC) y metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
- Conexión de aplicaciones Natural con otros entornos (Java, .NET, etc.).
- Seguridad en entornos mainframe y control de acceso a datos sensibles.
