Senior Engineer - Project Management (Residential Solar)

• You’ll own end-to-end coordination of residential solar design projects, ensuring scope, quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• You’ll act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders on project status, requirements, and clarifications.
• You’ll review system designs for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project and client standards.
• You’ll plan, track, and manage project schedules, priorities, and dependencies across multiple parallel projects.
• You’ll maintain billing accountability by ensuring projects are billed accurately and on time, aligned with approved scope, milestones, and client agreements.
• You’ll track project progress against billable milestones, support invoicing readiness, and resolve billing-related queries in coordination with finance and delivery teams.
• You’ll coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and partners to ensure timely inputs, adherence to scope, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• You’ll monitor vendor performance, flag deviations, and support resolution of delivery, quality, or commercial issues.
• You’ll provide clear feedback and direction to junior engineers based on quality, timelines, and client expectations.
• You’ll mentor and guide team members to improve productivity, quality, and delivery ownership.
• You’ll proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and design gaps, and drive timely resolution.
• You’ll support continuous improvement of project workflows, documentation, and communication processes.

• 4-7 years of experience working with AutoCAD or other CAD-based design platforms.
• Proven knowledge in Solar PV system or layout design (residential preferred).
• Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines.
• Exposure to project billing, milestone tracking, or commercial coordination in a delivery-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in client and stakeholder interactions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound decisions aligned with project and company standards.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, client-driven environment
• Must be open to night shifts to support global client engagements

• Experience working directly with US or international clients on project delivery.
• Exposure to reviewing, certifying, or approving AutoCAD-based design outputs.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, consultants, or subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools, reporting, or basic delivery metrics.
