The BIM Engineer in Training will provide modelling support throughout design phase and be a part of global support team that Digitalizes – Everything

What you can expect as Engineer in Training-BIM at Illumine-i:

• You’ll prepare Architecture and Structural BIM models/MEP BIM Models and construction drawings.
• You’ll review Architects or Structural engineers designs to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents/ Reviews manufacturers or fabricators prints to aid in the development of BIM models and design documents.
• You’ll perform tasks such as verification of BIM model integrity, clash detection coordination meetings, coordinates collaboration with other disciplines.
• You’ll perform walkthroughs of models using Revit for project stakeholders and provides general conceptual input to projects during the planning stages.
• You’ll communicate regularly with other disciplines, trade partners, clients and project engineers to support project production.
• You’ll seek out opportunities to contribute to the business success through proactive involvement in team initiatives.

Essential Qualifications include:

• Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical / Civil or Structural Engineering with 0.6-1 years of experience.
• Revit Knowledge is a must have, certification is an advantage.
• Understanding of construction practices, materials, and techniques.
• Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office platforms, and knowledge of Architecture, MEP, Structural engineering, and building codes.
• Detail orientated, works well under pressure, and able to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with 3D modeling and visualization software is a plus.
• Willing to relocate to Chennai, No WFH.
• Positions for both Day and Night Shifts.
