You are a creative, structured, and hands-on person who enjoys turning ideas into solutions that others can understand and use. You have a strong eye for design but also understand the importance of making solutions practical, scalable and easy to implement.

You enjoy working together with others and feel comfortable collaborating across functions, markets, and different areas of expertise. You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating solutions that improve the experience for both visitors and co-workers.

To succeed in this role, you bring:
• Hands-on experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, 3D modelling/visualisation, spatial design, retail design, or a related creative field.
• Strong skills in visual communication, design documentation, and 3D visualisation.
• Experience developing customer-focused concepts and design solutions for retail, commercial, or meeting place environments.
• The ability to translate creative ideas into clear guidelines, renderings, sketches, and implementation materials.
• A good understanding of how to create solutions that are scalable, feasible, and easy to apply in different environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Your responsibilities

At Ingka Centres, we are always curious about how we can create better meeting places for the many people. Places that are inspiring, relevant, easy to navigate and full of life.

As Meeting Place Solutions Creative Leader, you will help shape, develop, and improve creative solutions and design components for our Meeting Places. You will turn ideas into clear, visual, and practical solutions that can be implemented in different environments and markets.

You will work with both creativity and structure, making sure concepts are visually strong, easy to understand, and supported by high-quality documentation.

In this role, you will:
• Lead the creative development of standardised Meeting Place solutions and components, ensuring they are functional, visually cohesive, and aligned with our design principles.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including guidelines, technical files, visual materials, and supporting instructions.
• Develop 3D sketches, renderings, and other design assets that help bring concepts to life and support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to make sure solutions are feasible, scalable, and relevant across different Meeting Place environments.
• Continuously improve and refine the solutions library, using feedback, learnings, and best practices to make our concepts even better over time.
