Insights & Analytics Manager

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Master’s degree qualifications in business, computer science, econometrics, mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 12 years of progressive and diverse experience in data and analytics
• Minimum 12 years of experience of leading company transformation and change management
• Strong documented leadership and people development skills, including leading large organisations
• Preferred: Experience in retail and/or eCommerce and/or digital product development team

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Accountable for the overall performance of the team while ensuring the execution of the Retail-relevant elements of the Data Strategy.

Accountable for the delivery of tactical and strategic day-to-day insights and omnichannel sales steering solutions, while leading the adoption of ways of working and retail operations-related Analytics & Insights

Products within the Global Retail and Country organisations.

To establish processes and best practices, driving consistency of ways of working and promoting effectiveness in delivery insights and analytics I&A.

Co-develop relevant up-/re-skilling programs for the development of analysts.

Lead, coach, and develop co-workers, to ensure teams understand the direction, delivery process, and responsibilities for assigned initiatives. Identify team and individual goals and objectives, monitoring progress and implementing solutions for improvements.
