Security Manager - Six Senses Tel-Aviv ( New hotel opening)

Duties and Responsibilities 
As Security Manager, I will support and assume responsibility for the efficient operation of the Security Department, ensuring exceptional service delivery in line with Six Senses brand standards and budget requirements.
The duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and direction for all security operations, loss prevention initiatives, and security programs.
• Develop and implement security strategies, policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the safety and protection of guests, hosts, assets, and information.
• Monitor security risks, conduct risk assessments and security audits, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, theft, misconduct, and other security-related matters.
• Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, and external security partners.
• Collaborate with department heads to address security concerns and support operational requirements.
• Oversee physical security systems including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, key management, and other security technologies.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest, public, and back-of-house areas to ensure compliance with security and safety standards.
• Develop, implement, and deliver security training programs and emergency response procedures for all hosts.
• Lead emergency preparedness activities, including testing and reviewing response plans and evacuation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, statutory, regulatory, and company security requirements.
• Manage the departmental budget, schedules, training plans, and performance evaluations of the security team.
• Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications
To execute the position of Security Manager, I must possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience, including:

• High school diploma or relevant vocational training; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience in security operations, preferably within a luxury hotel environment, including supervisory and team leadership responsibilities.
• Certified Security Manager (Israeli Ministry of Public Security).
• Valid Firearm License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, risk assessment, and loss prevention practices.
• Proficiency in security technologies, including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and incident reporting tools.
