This role is responsible for the day-to-day connectivity work required to keep integrations operating effectively—connectivity operations, maintenance, enhancements, and coordination of incident/issue resolution with Technology and other stakeholders. The role coordinates among connectivity product managers, software developers, data analysts, and other functional subject matter experts to define requirements, align on approach, and drive delivery. They guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across distribution team members, and support cross-functional product teams. The Manager, Integrations Solutions will also activate the roadmap, ultimately managing execution of defined connectivity initiatives across the lifecycle to ensure ownership of the roadmap is clear. They are skilled and experienced in process efficiency, scalability, onboarding throughput, and operational excellence to help demonstrate the innovative ideas ideal for the role and must exhibit the ability to lead Product Managers and/or lead teams of Product Managers.

This role requires a strong people leader with proven experience managing Product Managers and leading cross functional teams within hospitality or travel technology environments. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strategic leadership, driving end-to-end execution of complex initiatives while aligning business priorities, partner needs, and product roadmaps.

Your Day to Day

Strategy

  • Provides input and planning guidance to the overall distribution strategy, incorporating an understanding of IHG objectives, partners, and system capabilities.

  • Applies connectivity expertise to translate distribution priorities into operational execution.

  • Analyzes the internal landscape to identify opportunities to improve third-party connectivity processes (e.g., onboarding, change management, operational support) in support of the distribution strategy.

Execution

  • Leads and supports a team of Product Managers overseeing third‑party connectivity (e.g., OTAs, tour operators, travel agencies, GDSs), providing ongoing coaching, regular check‑ins, actionable performance feedback, and support for individual professional development.

  • Establishes and maintains connectivity best practices by developing internal support documentation, onboarding guides, and operational standards to enable efficient onboarding, stable day‑to‑day operations, and effective change management.

  • Functions as Product Owner for connectivity and onboarding initiatives, partnering with Distribution technical teams to prioritize delivery of value and engaging with connectivity partners to understand operational needs and resolve technical issues impacting partners and internal stakeholders.

  • Leads end-to-end execution of strategic connectivity initiatives, ensuring alignment across business priorities, product roadmaps, technology teams, and external partners.

  • Build, mentors, and develop Product Managers through coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.

Operations & Support

  • Provides day-to-day connectivity operational support to B2B and Distribution stakeholders, including triage, coordination, and follow-through for critical production issues in partnership with Technology.

  • Escalates connectivity integration issues/risks across Distribution and to Technology/appropriate leadership, with context and recommendations for resolution.

  • Recommends improvements to drive operational excellence, internal customer satisfaction, and achievement of connectivity operations service levels and metrics.

What We Need From You:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or international equivalent).

Experience

  • 8+ years of progressive work-related experience as a Product Manager or Sr. Product Manager with demonstrated proficiency in one or multiple disciplines/technologies/processes related to the position including product and/or project management, travel technology systems (GDS, OTAs, PMS and other distribution technology), or vendor relationship management.

  • Demonstrated experience leading Product Managers or technical product teams.

  • Experience within the hospitality industry or travel distribution ecosystem is strongly preferred.

  • Proven experience leading complex initiatives from strategy through execution across multiple product roadmaps.

Skills & Technical Experience

  • Experience leading medium‑to‑large partner integration initiatives, including requirements gathering, stakeholder communication, change management, and delivery, with hands‑on experience testing APIs and working with XML/JSON messaging.

  • Proven success operating as a Product Manager in modern, cross‑functional software environments, overseeing multiple products and collaborating effectively with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills, including the ability to define product goals and success metrics, provide in‑depth technical analysis and feedback to engineering and leadership, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly within complex travel distribution ecosystems.

  • Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop Product Managers.

  • Ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution across multiple concurrent initiatives.
