主な業務内容
- 2ホテルのIT運営全体の管理・最適化
- システム導入・保守・パフォーマンス管理
- LAN・POSなどIHG標準システムの運用
- サイバーセキュリティおよびPCI DSS対応
- 各部門・エリアITへのレポーティング
- ベンダー管理・評価
- 社内ITトレーニングの実施

- ITインフラ運用経験（4年以上）

Position: Cluster IT Manager
About the Role
Lead IT operations across two hotels, ensuring reliable systems, strong security, and seamless technology that supports both teams and guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations across both properties
- Manage system installation, maintenance, and performance
- Ensure compliance with IHG systems (LAN, POS, etc.)
- Strengthen cybersecurity and PCI DSS standards
- Report to leadership and manage vendors
- Deliver IT training and support to teams
What We’re Looking For
- Qualification in IT or related field
- 4+ years of IT infrastructure/support experience
- Knowledge of networks, OS, and databases
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
