Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join the IT Infrastructure and Operations division, where you’ll be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring reliable and secure IT infrastructure and supporting the continuous modernization of critical technology platforms. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

  • Leading reliability engineering for global workplace and identity services, defining SLIs/SLOs for endpoint performance, authentication reliability, and application delivery
  • Designing and operating resilient identity and access architectures, ensuring seamless access and 99.9%+ availability for foundational platforms including Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise IAM solutions
  • Owning Digital Employee Experience (DEX) observability, defining endpoint telemetry, monitoring, and alerting strategies to proactively identify and resolve device, network, or application issues before they generate helpdesk tickets
  • Driving an automation-first mindset, eliminating manual toil through zero-touch device provisioning (e.g., Intune/Autopilot), automated Joiner/Mover/Leaver (JML) processes, and self-service capabilities using scripting (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, etc.)
  • Building and improving release reliability for endpoints, implementing safe, automated rollout patterns (deployment rings, pilot groups) for OS updates, security patches, and core application packaging
  • Engineering and testing Disaster Recovery, maintaining business continuity capabilities for core identity systems and vital workplace services, continuously enhancing RTO/RPO targets
  • Embedding Zero Trust security by design, implementing Conditional Access, managing endpoint security (Defender/EDR/XDR), enforcing least privilege, and supporting regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive)
  • Leading technical direction for the digital workplace, mentoring engineers, driving incident postmortems, and collaborating tightly with Security and Service Desk teams to continuously improve the operational practice and end-user experience

Qualifications

  • Not less than 3 years of experience in managing enterprise desktop technologies, endpoint management, and identity platforms in complex, large-scale environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft Workplace ecosystem (Intune, Autopilot, SCCM, M365) and Identity & Access Management (Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, MFA)
  • Experience using endpoint telemetry/observability tools (e.g., Intune, Advanced Analytics) and strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for process automation
  • Practical knowledge of Zero Trust architecture, endpoint hardening (CIS/NIST benchmarks), and experience working under cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2 Directive, or similar
  • Ability to analyze systemic endpoint or identity incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement automated remediations
  • Experience contributing to technical documentation, architecture design, and defining device standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, support teams, and stakeholders in Agile, SRE, or DevOps environments

Additional Information

  • A package of additional benefits to choose from: pension accumulation, health insurance, or another benefit from the selectable benefits list in the MELP application
  • Additional paid days for health improvement, short-term illness, volunteering, and accumulated work experience
  • A hybrid work model (3+2) and flexible working hours
  • Internal career opportunities
  • Extensive learning and qualification enhancement programs
  • Mentorship-based culture designed to facilitate meaningful and value-driven work
  • Take part in an unfolding energy transformation process to create a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for both current and future generations

Join a growing and increasingly international team of energy smart people united by a common purpose. We all play our part in creating a 100% green and secure energy ecosystem for current and future generations.

And the way to achieve this is certainly not to wait for the perfect moment. We believe that the power to act comes from the charge we bring to our work every day. United by purpose. Owning the challenge. Passion for reinvention. Pursuing excellence. These are our mindsets. Together, they yield the energy that drives everything we do. The energy generated by our choices. If you are guided by the same mindsets – we look forward to welcoming you to our team!
