Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Design and implement enterprise‑scale data pipelines and advanced analytics dashboards, including solutions powered by advanced analytics Copilot Agents or Claude.
• Develop and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and modelling workflows across structured and cloud‑based systems.
• Build and implement best‑practice solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, and Power BI to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance data products.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate complex business and finance requirements—including OTC, STP, and RTR—into actionable data strategies enhanced by AI‑driven insights from Copilot Agents or Claude.
• Develop robust, governed Power BI datasets and dashboards that enable self‑service analytics across the organization.
• Implement and maintain data governance, data quality, and compliance standards across analytics initiatives.
• Contribute to a culture of technical excellence by sharing expertise, promoting best practices, and supporting the growth of data engineering capabilities within the team.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Statistics, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Expert‑level proficiency in SQL and relational database technologies.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI, plus familiarity with advanced analytics Copilot Agents or Claude for accelerating insight generation.
• Proven track record designing, building, and scaling cloud‑based data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Solid understanding of finance process domains such as Order to Cash (OTC), Source‑to‑Pay (STP), and Record to Report (RTR).
• Deep understanding of data modelling, orchestration, governance, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, global environments and delivering high‑impact data solutions enhanced by AI‑powered analytics tools like Copilot Agents or Claude.

How Would You Stand Out

• Experience with enterprise‑grade data orchestration tools, including Snowflake’s orchestration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Python, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI for advanced data gathering, transformation, automation, and visualization, along with familiarity with agile development, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Strategic mindset with curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for driving business value through data.
