• Develop and execute category innovation strategies by translating consumer, customer, and market insights into competitive product solutions.

• Identify and drive new business opportunities through a deep understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and customer requirements.

• Collaborate with Consumer Insights, R&D, and cross-functional teams to create clear innovation briefs and deliver differentiated value propositions.

• Lead and coordinate projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring effective execution and speed to market.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to align fragrance and category strategies with overall business goals and growth priorities.

• Monitor project performance, proactively address technical challenges, and adapt strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

• Build and maintain strong regional and global visibility of category initiatives while promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across the organization.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Fragrance, Marketing, Business or any other relevant discipline.

• Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in an international environment.

• Excellent Olfactive communication skills which supports the overall creative process – discriminate, describe (association) and odor memory.

• Ability to effectively identify potential fragrances based on market relevance.

• Manage the execution of the Olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and (Olfactive) guidance to Perfumers in order to stimulate creativity.

• Excellent influencing skills across levels within the organization.

• Strong project management and prioritization skills.

• English language fluency, other language proficiency is a plus.

• Willing to travel.
