Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Ensure production safety by implementing procedures and maintaining compliance with EHS and local regulations
• Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up corrective actions
• Monitor production performance (output, yield, OEE) to ensure stable operations
• Provide technical support to operators and resolve daily production issues
• Analyze process and equipment abnormalities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support training, and analyze production data for performance reporting

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, process engineering, or manufacturing environment
• Solid knowledge of production processes and equipment troubleshooting
• Familiar with EHS requirements and safety management in manufacturing operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and drive solutions
• Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
• Good communication and coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally with different teams
• Proficient in English for daily work communication (written and verbal)

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience in food, chemical, or flavor & fragrance manufacturing industry
• Familiar with SAP or other production/ERP systems
