Where You’ll Make a Difference
Analyze quantitative consumer and sensory data using statistical models.
Translate raw data into insights and actionable recommendations that support the development of flavors with guidance from manager.
Design quantitative consumer tests.
Generate sensory and consumer data.
Identify and implement sensory & consumer insights methods to match project objectives.
Work with cross-function teams and collaborate effectively to design appropriate research.
Conduct qualitative consumer research (from creating moderator guides to moderating).
Present findings to internal stakeholders and customers (with guidance from Senior or Manager) to showcase consumer understanding in the flavors developed.
Work with Product Experience team to collaborate on research (confer with Researchers, Descriptive Panel leader and Technicians).
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Food Science, Neuroscience or any other relevant discipline.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Statistics and Data Analysis experience, sensory experience will be a plus.
Expertise in quantitative research method.
Ability to leverage your expertise and knowledge to support less experienced team members.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
High learning agility and commitment to achieving outcomes, combined with creative problem-solving and strong teamwork capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with advance research tools e.g., XLSTAT.
