Job Summary
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will act as a technical expert supporting electrical, mechanical, and structural maintenance activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations at our Alcantarilla site.
What you’ll do
- Act as a technical specialist in maintenance, providing expertise in electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain maintenance plans and technical criteria for industrial equipment, facilities, and infrastructure.
- Assess the feasibility and technical soundness of equipment, materials, and solutions where data is limited or validation through testing is required.
- Participate in the development of design plans, technical proposals, and feasibility studies related to plant improvements and asset reliability.
- Contribute significantly to the resolution of complex maintenance and operational issues.
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and EHS, to ensure effective execution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to equipment upgrades, process enhancements, and new or modified maintenance methods.
What you’ll bring
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar).
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance within manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to act as a technical reference and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Clear and effective communication skills in a technical setting.
