🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Python Lead with strong expertise in backend development using Python and modern frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications, designing robust APIs, and working across the full software development lifecycle.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
    • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django, FastAPI)
    • Build and manage RESTful APIs and implement microservices-based architecture
    • Work on backend development, ensuring seamless integration
    • Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code
    • Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance
    • Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, and architecture discussions
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems

🔹 Required Skills
✅ Backend Development:
    • Strong hands-on experience in Python programming
    • Frameworks: Django, Fast API and Flask
    • Solid experience in building REST APIs
    • Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and distributed systems
    • Experience with databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB
✅ Cloud & Tools:
    • Good to have experience with AWS Cloud services
    • Familiarity with version control tools like Git
