Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cloud and DevOps Lead to drive our cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices, cloud platforms, and modern deployment strategies, along with the ability to lead and mentor teams in building scalable and reliable systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and management of CI/CD pipelines.
Architect and manage cloud-based infrastructure, primarily on AWS.
Drive Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
Oversee containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of production systems.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
Continuously improve system reliability, security, and automation processes.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, driving ownership and operational excellence.
Review designs, scripts, and pipelines to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Guide the team in problem diagnosis, solution approaches, and operational decision-making.
Foster a culture of reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Hands-on experience on proposing and creating aws cloud infra for a production level application
7–12 years of hands-on experience in DevOps Engineering.
Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
Expertise in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI.
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation (CDK).
Strong experience with Docker and On-prem Kubernetes, AWS EKS.
Proficiency in Linux/Windows environments and scripting (Shell, Python).
Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, loki, alloy.
Proven experience supporting large-scale, high-availability systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to Have:
Exposure to AI/ML workflows and infrastructure support.
Certifications:
AWS certified solution architect associate or solution architect professional is preferred.
