Identiq is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team.
You will work with our engineering team to develop, maintain and operate the infrastructure layer for the Identiq network. We are a cloud-native, multi-cloud (enough buzzwords) company.
This is not your typical SAAS solution, it is a new decentralized identity validation network.
- Take ownership of all DevOps-related needs:
- CI/CD practices and processes
- Cloud strategies, architecture, and best practices
- Security standards in the cloud, and our SDLC
- Cost control and management of cloud resources
- Deliver mission-critical, real-world systems
- Play a key role in the company’s scale and growth
- Work with a world-class team of developers and researchers
- People person, team player, and strong “get-things-done” approach
- 4+ years experience as a DevOps engineer
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration tools
- Strong experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Google Cloud Platform
- Scripting and/or development experience Bash, Python, or similar
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with building pipelines that support the company’s and developers’ needs
- Strong experience with computer networking and network architectures
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code and a strong experience with automation tools like Terraform and/or Ansible
- Understanding of cloud security concepts and a strong experience with maintaining a secure SaaS environment
- Experience with monitoring tools and data/log analytics tools
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-analysis skills
- B.A./B.Sc. Degree in Computer Science, or related technical engineering degree, or equivalent industry experience
