Full Stack Developer (NODE)

Department: Development

Experience: 8 years

Job Objective:

To support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of digital healthcare portals ensuring integration, standardization, and efficient data management across various health programs and portals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain portals.
  • Write clean and modular PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter) and JavaScript (React.js) code.
  • Develop and integrate Node.js-based backend services and APIs to ensure secure and scalable data operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration of third-party APIs and services for effective data exchange.
  • Implement secure, high-performance software solutions compliant with government IT standards.
  • Conduct debugging, optimization, and code enhancement to resolve bugs, vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
  • Utilize Git-based version control (GitHub/GitLab) following industry best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and project managers.


Detailed Scope of Work:

  • Translate functional and technical requirements into maintainable code.
  • Enhance performance and functionality of existing applications.
  • Develop new modules/features in alignment with user and business requirements.
  • Conduct regular system testing, performance optimization, and secure coding practices.
  • Ensure compliance with government data security and privacy standards.
  • Stay updated with modern frameworks, tools, and development practices.


Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Education: MCA/B.E./B.Tech from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • General: Minimum 8 years of software development experience.
  • Specific: At least 4 years in government projects.


Technical Skill Requirements:

  • Proficient in Node.js, Express.js
  • Experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter)
  • Frontend: Proficiency in React.js and JavaScript
  • Database Management: Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git, GitHub/GitLab
  • Strong understanding of API integration, data flow, and software architecture
  • Familiarity with security protocols, and performance tuning techniques
