We are looking for smart, dynamic developers for our AI/ML group. The Senior/lead software engineer will be responsible for understanding the requirements and designing the optimum solution using Icertis’ AI applications.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Stakeholders and Product Managers to translate business objectives into clearly defined product features, tools, and projects.
- Own the end-end process, from recognizing the problem to implementing the solution.
- Understand customer requirements and design the optimum solution using Icertis’ AI applications.
- Develop features and tools using ASP.NET Core, and ASP.Net, C#. MVC and Python. A knowledge of cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, and react.js will be an added advantage.
- Take full ownership of project/product features to implement, maintain that product, and write tests and tooling for those features to ensure they work well at the cloud scale.
- Plan and identify solutions and risks in assigned work.
- You are expected to be hands-on and write code on a day-to-day basis and mentor other team members.
Skills and Qualification
- 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Comp Science / IT (or equivalent) with a strong background in programming
- Strong experience in developing enterprise web applications.
- Expertise in the Microsoft technology stack (ASP.net core, ASP.NET MVC 3.5 / 4.0 / 4.5, Web API, SQL Server).
- Good knowledge of Client-side scripting – React JS, JavaScript and jQuery, Kendo.
- Good Experience in Python development
- Exposure/awareness of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) would be an added advantage.
- Exposure to Windows Azure is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of project architecture and software development processes such as Agile and Sprint, Scrum, product backlog
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
