Description
As Sr. System-Z Programmer you are responsible to provide technical support with high degree of Customer satisfaction by meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA) and process compliance. You will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters. You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
- Manage z/OS System Administration Activities
- Day to day z/OS System Monitoring and Production Support
- Perform DASD Space management
- RACF Security Administration
- Install z/OS and related products on z/OS
- Maintain HCD configuration z/OS Cloning
- Apply PTF via SMPE
- Execute changes to z/OS DB2 CICS RACF TWS and MQ
- Review and maintain system configuration documentation
- Troubleshooting of z/OS related problem
- Handle incidents related to system operation monitoring and support
- Level 2 and 3 Ticket resolution.
- Liase with PMR team for extended support.
- Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement.
