Based on knowledge and experience in public cloud not limited to IBM Cloud, you will work with sales and service departments as an expert in cloud technology to develop solutions using cloud technology and provide technical support related to cloud.
In this role you will:
- Develop solutions and provide technical support for customers using cloud technology.
- Support for public cloud deployment/utilization and application deployment to public cloud, etc.
- Support for technical Q&A, technical validation, and information dissemination for IBM SW products.
- Have an interest in not only infrastructure, but also in applications.
