Data Scientist - Generative AI

As a Data Scientist at IBM, you will help transform our clients’ data into tangible business value by analyzing information, communicating outcomes and collaborating on product development. You will work with state-of-the-art open source and proprietary tools, along with the most flexible and scalable deployment approaches. Whether it’s investigating patient trends or weather patterns, you will work to solve real world problems for the industries transforming how we live.

• Communicating with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs • Initial project analysis, setting up project activities in the data science area and monitoring their delivery • Implementing, validating and maintaining predictive, prescriptive and generative (foundation) models with a focus on big data  • Evaluating modelling results and communicating the results to technical and non-technical audiences • Working with both open source and proprietary technologies (such as IBM Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS...) • Assisting clients in leveraging their data resources and acting as an advocate of data-driven application development • Working in an agile, collaborative environment, partnering with other scientists, engineers, consultants and specialists of all backgrounds and disciplines to bring analytical rigor and statistical methods to the data-drive application development
