岗位职责：
- 参与面向产品业务的各项「框架、工具、平台」研发，以及体系建设；
- 与团队紧密合作，高效、高质量的完成各项功能的研发，并配合测试、部署上线；
- 对系统进行持续优化，保障良好的浏览器兼容性和稳定性；
- 具有良好的编码能力和习惯，维护代码层面的可读、可维护和可扩展性。
任职要求：
- 熟练掌握 JavaScript、HTML、CSS 等原生前端基础技术，熟悉相关规范；
- 熟练掌握 React / Vue / Angular 等常用前端框架(React最佳)以及配套社区项目（redux/rxjs等）；
- 对前端工程化、模块化有一定的理解，能熟练掌握Webpack/Gulp/Rollup等构建工具的使用和配置；
- 对各类浏览器平台特性有一定的了解，能够很好地解决兼容问题，且具备良好的 UI 交互实现能力；
- 深入理解过至少一种前端框架的底层原理和技术实现，有能力从框架特性出发对系统进行性能优化。
- 性格乐观积极，善于沟通分享，热衷于技术创新，且对团队和个人负有责任心。
加分项：
- 有一定的服务端开发经验（NodeJS、Java、Python等）。
- 具有大型Web系统、APP以及PC应用等产品研发经验。
- 具有独立进行前端项目架构设计、研发等经验。
