Summary: Join as a Backend Developer at a leading decentralized middleware protocol company. Your role will focus on managing distributed validator sets and automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for Web3 developers. You will play a vital part in automating and streamlining processes, enhancing the efficiency and scalability of our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services using Go programming language.
- Manage distributed validator sets to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Automate infrastructure deployment and management using Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform, and AWS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable Web3 solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and security issues.
- Contribute to architecture and design discussions to optimize technology stack and processes.
Required skills:
- Strong proficiency in the Go programming language.
- Expertise in Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and management.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Solid understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure management.
- Experience in managing distributed systems and validator sets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
